Returns in the ERVALO online store are governed by applicable consumer protection law and the store’s current return policy.

14-day right of withdrawal

Most goods purchased online have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. You must clearly notify us of your decision within the applicable period.

Withdrawal

Where applicable, you can use the store’s electronic cancellation function or contact nordracare@yahoo.com. Include your name, order number and the item or items concerned.

Returning goods

After notifying us, goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. Customer support will provide the return address and instructions. Unless ERVALO states otherwise, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs in a standard withdrawal.

Refund

Refunds are made within the period required by law, generally using the original payment method. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or you provide evidence of having sent them back.

Faulty product

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact nordracare@yahoo.com as soon as possible.
